Safety First
If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, or see sparks, evacuate immediately and call 911. Do not attempt to operate your system if you suspect a safety issue.
Turn off your Boiler immediately at the thermostat and main power switch
Evacuate everyone from the building and call 911 if fire is suspected
Do not attempt to operate the Boiler again until inspected by a professional
Check outside for visible flames or excessive smoke from the Boiler vent termination
