Safety First
If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, or see sparks, evacuate immediately and call 911. Do not attempt to operate your system if you suspect a safety issue.
Turn off your Boiler at the thermostat to give the system a rest
Replace the Boiler air filter as restricted airflow is a common cause of short cycling
Check the Boiler thermostat location for drafts or heat sources affecting readings
Verify the Boiler condensate drain is clear and not triggering safety switches
