Follow these emergency steps in order. If at any point you feel unsafe, evacuate and call for help immediately.
Safety First
If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, or see sparks, evacuate immediately and call 911. Do not attempt to operate your system if you suspect a safety issue.
Check that the Boiler gas supply valve is in the fully open position
Verify the Boiler has power and the ignition system is receiving voltage
Listen for the Boiler ignitor operation clicking or glowing when heat is called
Check if the Boiler flame sensor is dirty preventing gas valve from staying open
